Prices & Offers

• The listed prices are for 2 persons per day.
• For each additional adult a surcharge of 15,00 € per day will be charged.
• Children up to 5 years free of charge. Children from 6 to 10 years € 10 per day. From 11 years 15 € per day.
• The final cleaning is included in the price.
• For all persons over 14 years a municipal residence tax of 2,40 € per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the price of the stay.
• Our guests receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass for the duration of their stay. This entitles you to free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol, free travel on selected cable cars in South Tyrol and one-off admission to over 80 museums in South Tyrol.

Important info

• The apartments are located on the ground floor and 1st floor, the penthouse flat on the 2nd floor.
• On the day of arrival the apartments are ready for occupancy from 14.00 o’clock, on the day of departure from 10.00 o’clock.
• Minimum stay is 4 days.
• In case of early departure we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
• Credit and EC cards are not accepted.
• Dogs are welcome.

Cancellation conditions

• Please note the information on the Italian guest accommodation contract law and the assertion of the listed cancellation conditions
• In case of cancellation at short notice (i.e. one month before the arrival date) 100% will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend you to take out a favorable travel cancellation insurance in advance.
