Prices & Offers

• The listed prices are for 2 persons per day.
• For each additional adult a surcharge of 15,00 € per day will be charged.
• Children up to 5 years free of charge. Children from 6 to 10 years € 10 per day. From 11 years 15 € per day.
• The final cleaning is included in the price.
• For all persons over 14 years a municipal residence tax of 2,40 € per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the price of the stay.
• Our guests receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass for the duration of their stay. This entitles you to free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol and free travel on selected cable cars in South Tyrol.

Information

• The apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, the penthouse apartments on the second floor.
• Minimum stay: 4 days.
• Dogs are welcome. We charge a supplement of €5 per day.
• Reservations are binding upon mutual written confirmation.
• In case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
• On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 2:00 p.m.; on the day of departure they must be vacated by 9:00 a.m.
• Credit and debit cards are not accepted. We kindly ask for payment in cash or by bank transfer.

Good to know

• Pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station upon arrival and departure.
• Apple tour with the host: upon request, we offer weekly farm tours with a visit to the apple orchards.
• Mountain hikes can be arranged on request.
• Children are very welcome: free use of a cot with bed linen, high chairs, and children’s cutlery.
• A selection of books and games is available.
• Bicycle rental with surcharge.
• Laundry room with washing machine available for free use.
• Fresh herbs can be taken from our raised garden bed.
• A barbecue area is available for your use.
• E-car charging station available for a fee.
• Farm products: various fruit spreads, juices, syrups, apple compote, homemade wine, seasonal fruit.
• Daily bread service, except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Breakfast basket on request: homemade wholemeal bread, sweet pastries, fruit spreads, butter, organic eggs, yogurt, herbal tea, coffee, cheese, South Tyrolean bacon, apple juice and seasonal fruit – €20 per person.
• Alternatively, you can have breakfast or dinner at Hotel Passerblick, just a few meters above us.

Cancellation policy

• Please note the information regarding the Italian guest accommodation contract law and the enforcement of the listed cancellation terms.
• For cancellations up to 2 months before arrival: 45% of the booked price will be charged.
• For cancellations after that: 90% of the booked price will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend you to take out a favorable travel cancellation insurance in advance.
